Great place to eat and drink! We got some flaming cheese and it was delicious! Everything was delicious!!! We were able to get seating at the bar on the outside and that was very nice! The service was good !! The bartenders were friendly!!! This would be a great place to check out if you're looking for superb food and service! We definitely recommend it and we will be going back there in the future!!

Went to torched for the first time with my father from Ohio to grab a quick bite before bed. I was pleasantly surprised by an elevated atmosphere, friendly staff, and perfectly sized menu as to not raise concerns. I ordered the flaming shot tower (I forgot the name) which is definitely one of the more creative specialty drinks I’ve seen around Cape Coral, and it not only looked astounding, but the flavors were also on par. The food my group and I ordered came out properly apps first, then entrees once our apps were finished. The portions were spot on, taste was upper echelon, and presentation was elevated. I didn’t go into torched (being a bar and grill) expecting this type of experience but left very happy, and will be returning many times in the near future.

Food was very good, I ordered the BBQ ribs with angel hair pasta and sweet potato fries, and my husband ordered the Spicy pork chop with veggies and risotto.. For appetizer, we ordered the saganaki, which was very good as well.. The service was great, our waiter was very friendly and attentive...but the 3 stars if because of the drinks We asked for a Margarita and it lacked in flavor and sweetener, our Waiter offered to bring more mix to fix the drink, instead of remaking it, but did not help much. I asked for a Lemon Raspberry drop martini and again, was not as expected, it was missing the sweetness and flavor and also the raspberry tasted it like cough medicine. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to having good drinks :( I usually get two lemon drop martinis with my meals, but I decided to stick to water instead.

So yesterday's lunch was so good it turned into last night's dinner also and not cause I took it home but because the food was amazing and the environment was so upbeat and at the same time relaxing because the service was on point! Our waitress Jenny was so good at her job that I thought she was reading my mind before I could even tell her my order she was already on her way back with it lol no but really if the other staff members are this efficient then this place has my vote for top local spot by far! Can't wait to see what you all think!

My absolute favorite salad on the menu. Roasted romaine topped with salmon. Huge portion. Delicious!! Staff was super friendly.

Lots of TVs for sports, etc. Wide drink selection aligning with restaurant theme. Went with my wife and enjoyed live music. Also enjoyed some tasty beverages and the grouper!
